The Mean Girls star opted for the barely-there outfit for a bit of late night shopping with sister Ali.
The 23-year star began her day dressed in a long black vest over her swimsuit with a cream trilby and very high black wedged shoes but as the day progressed she ditched the chic attire for a two-piece instead, Daily Mail reported.
